ይህ የክትባት መርጃ የተዘጋጀው የፌደራል ጤና ጥበቃ ሚኒስቴር ወላጆችን ወይም አሳዳጊዎችን በክትባት ዙሪያ ለማስተማር ከተዘጋጀው የትምህርት መርጃ ላይ በተለይ ለአፋር ክልል ሕዝቦች የክትባት ሽፋንን ለማሳደግ እንዲሆን በኢትዮጵያ የህጻናት ህክምና ማህበር ከአሜሪካ የሕጻናት ሕክምና ማህበር(AAP) ባገኘው የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ነው::
